2026 SWSCC Suppliers’ Day – Attendees and Booth Staff Registration

For attendees and booth staff (If you are an exhibitor, you must register all staff working the booth here to receive a badge and be counted for lunch).

When: September 15th, 2026 - Wednesday

Show Time: 8:30 – 4:30 CDT 

Where: Irving Convention Center Las Colinas 500 West Las Colinas Boulevard Irving, TX

Join us for the after party when the trade show ends at 4:30pm featuring entertainment, Hors D’oeuvres and a cash bar! It will be at the terrace level of the Irving convention center.  We will also be giving away prizes! To attend the after party you must have a name badge that you receive when you check-in at the trade show. Again please register online to attend this show so we have an accurate count.
